I don't think they will be there very long and that is a shame, because the food is really good.Calling all pie people! With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, it’s time to take stock of holiday dessert plans. I must say that about 4 people asked us how our lunch was, but I wasn't going to tell them things that should have been obvious to them. The people working there were loudly talking and laughing together. The waiter leaned down from the stairs going up the wall from our table and asked me to pass my plate up to him. The servers acted like they had never worked in a sit-down restaurant. My friend got a pork chop and it was tiny. The outside of the pepper shaker was gross and when I picked up the candle on the table to move it, there was food suck to the bottom of the candle and the table. I asked the manager what it was and she said, "it's supposed to be rice, not sure what it is, I'll get you another one." We looked around and every salt shaker at the tables around us was the same. ![]() Then the salt shaker had something revolting in it (not rice). They charge $3 for a soft drink and $4 for tea and they only have sweet tea. Restaurant was empty and they seated us in the back by the room where construction was being done. The problems? All 3 times I have been there, we have asked for something that "oh, we ran out of that" - at lunch. I am amazed that they only have Italian, Ranch and Vinaigrette for salad. I have been there 3 times - I keep trying. I'm not sure I have ever had cabbage with bell pepper in it. We just got back from eating there and first off, the food was really good although the cabbage was really sweet.
